Awarded to: A group award given to 63-90 books (63 from 1999; 90 from 2002). Chapter books and picture books of fiction, information, poetry and pictures for all age levels (through age 14) of especially commendable quality and creativity, and must be published in the United States during the year preceding the Midwinter Meeting.
